More on the NFL Network

So get this one. The NFL Network cuts off its coverage before Tip gets there. Then when he’s talking to the local media - the people who actually care about him - the NFL Network comes in and grabs Tip while he’s in the middle of answering a question so they can get him up there with Adam Schefter. This is the same Adam Schefter who hasn’t mentioned Tip’s name once in the past two years as someone who should get into the Hall. It’s also the same Adam Schefter who has to stand on a box while on TV because he’s a “little person.”

    I can’t put it in better words. Tipp gets his moment spat upon by advertising whores of the NFL Network. It’s been so long since a Patriots went into the hall of fame, and from the way it is looking we won’t have another until this current group retires. For the NFL Network to go no commercial breaks for intros of the other inductees, and them snub Tipp the chance to show his graditiude to the nation is appalling.

    Congrats Tipp, a class act all the way. Can’t wait to hear you from Canton.

    Hey Tom,

    When Eisen was asking Gary Zimmerman: “Gary, you’ve been elected to the hall of fame, your thoughts…” What were you and Andy cracking up about? The camera caught you at that perfect moment. Was is the question itself? Or something off screen?

    Congrats to Tipp, the reason I became a Patriots fan when I was a kid.

    WTF is going on with all this spygate stuff breaking the day before the SB??? I think it’s a bad miscalculation on the people that held this info to now. The Pats will role because they’re gonna be pissed. It’s not a coincedence this is breaking now. Some ass clown in the media has been sitting on this waiting for this week for it to break.
