He's had some drops but also looks a lot more comfortable in the offense. Gaffney is a smooth route runner, he just needs to work on his consistency. If I had to rank the receivers right now, I would go: Moss Stallworth Welker Caldwell Gaffney Washington Jonathan Smith Bam Childress If the Pats carry five receivers, that means in my opinion, Gaffney and Washington are fighting for the final roster spot. If there's a faster guy on the team, I haven't seen him yet and that includes Moss. My guess is that Stallworth is one of the fastest guys in the NFL.
