Starting on Tuesday, PFW will be posting all the action from Patriots mini-camp. We’ll let you know who is looking good and who is struggling over the next three days. While mini-camp isn’t the most important thing in the world, it was at this time last year that I saw Eric Warfield just didn’t have the instincts to play corner in the Patriots scheme. One player I’ll be keeping a close eye on this year is Eric Alexander. The young linebacker was visibly shaken in the locker room after the AFC Championship Game loss to the Colts. I will be interested to see if he’s shaken that off and if Alexander is ready to take that next step and play a larger role in the Patriots defense this season. Let us know some of the guys you will be keeping an eye on other than Brady, Moss, Harrison, etc. Football’s back, at least for the next three days, and then we have a two month break before things kick off again, so sit back and enjoy mini-camp.
